Oh so boring...

I would have at least 50 stories to tell but I'm super busy and exhausted when I get home, the only thing I wanted to do last night was to crawl in bed.

Guess who went to bed at 20h00 last night? Yeah, I did.

And guess who got up at 3h30 this morning and wasn't able to fall back asleep? Yeah, you got it right.

I spoke with my pharmacist yesterday and with her advice, decided to take Lenoctal again and see if I'd get hives. I took it at 18h30- 19h00 last night and nothing to report. No hives, nothing. I'm kinda scared. I wish I could get to sleep and wake up Friday at 16h00, can it be? Can it be?

So this is what life is all about...

Simple pleasures, being content, happy and at peace. I have to warn you, this is a long entry.

After the super day yesterday my mood this morning was just great. I got up (I have to admit, it was kinda hard to get away from the heat of my blankets), fixed myself 2 cups of coffee, got dressed, put makeup on, called TYP and walked to The Restaurant to have breakfast with TFB and SW. (We had invited TYP to join us but he went hiking with a friend) On and just so you get an estimate of the amount of time I need before before I'm looking human enough to meet with other humans, I got up at 10h20 and left at 11h30. This is the usual amount of time I need every morning.

Food was good, company was good, we talked, laughed, it was simply fun. The feelings from yesterday (joy, peace, happiness, feeling you are at the right place) were still present...

Overheard yesterday at SW's house during the evening while being in the living room..

Me: Hey SW, my friend needs a fake tree like yours, where did you buy it?

SW: Huh...NoNonsense girl, It's actually not a fake tree, it's a real one.

Me: Giggles hysterically I'm soo sorry, it's beautiful, I uh :::giggles::: I thought he was fake. duh!!! :::puts foot into mouth:::: I love your tree, it's gorgeous, I just thought he was fake.

SW:

The others are all laughing ....

We had so much fun talking about brain farts, just to write the word makes me laugh back. I had a couple of brain fart yesterday, like I couldn't remember how we called carpet in English (in french it's called tapis), I was with 6 visitors and referred to carpet without the correct word because I couldn't remember it.

Me telling the visitors : I'm sorry, I'm having a brain fart, I just don't remember the word I'm looking for.


Them: Ha Ha Ha Ha , she's having a brain fart!!! Ha Ha HA

SW had couple of them and I was telling her that in English there's an expression for the "duh moment" called "brain fart", that made us giggle.

Yeah, we were tired, yeah, we were silly. But after being at work for 10 hours straight, not a moment to sit, we were entitled to be silly.

So after having late breakfast, they drove me to the cemetery because it was the catholic cemetery's annual celebration. MsDM's was buried at that cemetery in July so I went and I cried. I miss her. But I'm fine now. My whole house is clean, I'm happy, relaxed and I'm also taking the day off tomorrow, I want to go shopping because I got a gift card for my birthday. A Reitmans's giftcard.

Physically exhausted but emotionally happy and content. Visitors from XYZ cruise line, rock!!! Awesome, charming, sweet, intelligent and interested and interesting.

At The Church from 6h30 up until 16h30. SW, TFB, SW's cousin and his SO had a beer, then dinner, then stayed together and talked for the whole evening.

Up at the crack of dawn

Yeah, it's 5h40 AM and I'm up and have been for a little while. I'm leaving for work in less than an hour. Yesterday was awesome, I'll blog about it later this weekend. Hopefully the freaking weather is going to be on our side today. This is a grand day!

Just because I can

Here is one of the beautiful bouquet of flower made by SW for the Parish Anniversary. I'm pleased, it is beautiful. Don't you think? She made 3 of these beautiful fall bouquet, 2 are hang onto the big door and one is on the glass wall. She came this afternoon with TFB and helped me to place them in the church.

I'm not an artist and the only reason why I'm not a big fashion faux-pas, it's because I shop at a store that taught me about matching colors, so I wouldn't have been able to do bouquet like SW did. She's talented! If I get any positive feedback I'll tell her about them.




Off topic but The Ex boyfriend called me few minutes ago, puzzles me as t0 why he wants to keep in touch. He wanted to chat and maybe go for a coffee. Huh No, as in hell no!!! I.Am.Not.Interested.

I'm not really better, hives are still there. I survived the day, I even babysat for a friend after work until 21h15.

Blogging is the new black

Yeah, blogging is the new black, I need a shirt that says this.

I've been reading 2 blogs in the past couple of days. First confession of a college call girl and Belle De Jour, don't follow these links if you don't want to read about prostitution and it's daily stories. Very interesting read. (to those I linked here, if you want me to remove you from a catholic blog just email me)

I'm sure Annoying Liturgy Lady would have an attack to know that *I* am reading sex workers stories. Yeah Fuck off! Go spread your gospel of hatred everywhere, it's really working, The Church is full huh? :::sarcasm:::

How was my day ? someone asked me...

Fine, I directly went to The Church this morning, didn't stop by The Office. I dropped my stuff and went to The Coffee Place to buy coffee for my 2 morning partners and I. TFB arrived with a sleepy look which made me giggle. He really looked like he'd just stepped out of bed. We totally did what we had to do, the banners were hang unto the ceiling, 50 something foot in the air. We took pictures of our Patron Saint statue for the Parish priest and moved the MDF panel to get what was behind, then back to the office.

I say "oh my god" at least 50 times a day, it's part of my vocabulary, it's part of how I express myself. Every time I say "Oh my God" when TFB is there, he says "Nah, call me TFB" . Like I called him God. Each time we giggle and everyone present also does.

Sometimes I wish I had a father like him, that would have make such a difference. Yeah, a girl can dream can she?
I'm in freaking pain due to the rash, that hasn't disappeared as of YET. Boo Fucking hoo!

Can I just say that I despise power-trippin jerks that are controlling, condescending and plain mean. Honestly, if power turns you on, leave us the fuck alone, you aren't at the right place obviously. He wasn't like that.

Enough of that already, I need a chill pill, wish I could have a beer but it wouldn't be a nice mix with the numerous benadryl I've been poppin.

I'm speaking to my few readers, those with a blog (and the others). Do people in your real life know about your blog? Would you like friends/coworkers/family members/acquaintance to visit your blog and read what you have to say?

For those of us that blog anonymously, without our name or location or a picture or details that would make us easy to trace back in real life. Do you worry that you could be traced back to your real life? Why do you blog anonymously? How would you react if you were "found"???

And for those who post with their name/location/picture, why did you chose that?

I don't use my name (too many freaks) or my precise location, nor do I post information that would make me or my workplace easy to find. I don't blog about anything that I would be in trouble if people IRL knew about. I wouldn't post anything that I wouldn't want to deal with in my every day life. Sure, I prefer to remain a faceless person on the Internet BUT if my coworker read my blog, they wouldn't be shocked or I wouldn't be in trouble. Same for my friends and anyone. Still, I prefer to keep my private information, private.

The Mother was could have been right

I have a rash, related or not to the codeine I took this weekend. I'm sure it's NOT related because it appeared only this afternoon and it freaking itch. I'm in a benadry-induced fog.

The area of my cleavage, my boobs, my arms and my neck are victims of this freaking rash.

So, we'll be doing the project tomorrow morning very early, we meet at The Church at 8h30. Hopefully this will go smoothly. We net to finish what we started, photograph the statue of our Patron Saint (required by The Parish Priest) and try to remove a MDF laminated panel off the confessional to remove the candles because we'll be needing them with the visit from the cruiseship people (whom are arriving into town this coming Saturday).

So this week is going to be crazy, hopefully everything will be in place for the new season of the cruiseship visitors. We shall see! A big employee meeting was called by The Parish Priest for tomorrow afternoon.
