I'm trying to reach the Regie du Logement (the organization that manages landlords and tenants laws and rules), they've freaking been keeping me on hold for over 40 minutes. WTF????
I just wanna speak to someone, what the heck? Do they only have 1 person at their customer service department? Freaking government! I despise their freakign system. ARGGH!!!!!!

I only can stand being on hold when I am at work and can put it on speaker phone and do other stuff. Although if I am on hold too long, I forget and walk out of my office!

I need to call the Landlord during dinner time to get a hold of him while he's on vacations in the states. (he seems to live there 90% of the time) But the point is that we need to negotiate and he needs to fix the washer or send me a fax signed saying he's giving them to me and that I am in charge of fixing them. I'll pay if they are mine. If not he has no more than 4 days to have them fixed.
I didn't need this crap. Not at all.
