13 things I thought about but didn't say out loud...

1. Did you?

"Nope I didn't, I didn't even get close to it. It would take a miracle"

2. Do you love me?

"I wish I did, I just can't let go and love you. I have tried, I just can't seem to fall in love with you"....

3. Was it good for you?

"
I enjoyed it as much as a visit to the dentist. You couldn't tell huh????"

4. You are such a good kisser!!!

"Well big news for you, you don't! You are irritating my face with your freaking tongue. Keep that damn thing inside your mouth. You are NOT a puppie."

5. Are you going to vote for me?

"In your dreams dude, when hell freezes over!!!!"

6. Things will never change, life sucks, life's a bitch!

"Good grief, wonder why eh? With an attitude like that, no doubts life can be difficult...."

7. Can you do this?

"I can but the question is, are YOU gonna pay me?"

8. Do you love your church?

"Yeah, I love God, converted my life to him. It's the freaking Vatican I have issue with. "

9. What do you think of this?

"You don't want to know, I swear, you will regret asking me..."

10. How did you get through this?

"Dude, I survived and moved on because I don't spend time dwelling on things like this. There is no easy answer. It is called resillience, deal with it. Some people are stronger than others I guess eh?"

11. What would you do for a millions bucks???

"Dude, what wouldn't I do???" lol

12. What do you think of your "fantastic" mayor?

"Lets move on. Do I really have to support each and every one in their battles? NAH!!!!, I didn't think so."

13. Does celibacy and lack of sex bothers you?

"Lack of what??? wink And you are? How's that any of your business? eek"

I would reply to many of those just the same way you do, especially #11.

It seems to me that only our doctor or very very close friends would have the right to ask you #13, but I seem to hear the voice of experience there!

You have your options set so that people without Blogger accounts can't be linked to their comments :(

If #s 1 and 3 are questions about what I think they are... the person/people who asked them deserved to get hit with the answers that you thought about giving them.

Ooh, those were good. And as your blog was loading, your comment on mine showed up. How wild is THAT?

Yeah, I know. Dance on the bar wild.

It's been one of those days... your comments are dead-on.

Happy TT!

Malcom: a partner has to mean their question. There's guys that just ask and don't want to know... There's guys that don't give a shit...

I can't speak for everyone but in these 2 cases, it was best I shut the hell up... :)

Great List...gives new meaning to biting your tongue. You can still think it. Happy TT. I am not so thrilled with the vatican either.

OK...I totally loved #10...I swear, you and I are WAY too much alike..lol. You always make me life. I love it!! Great list. Happy TT my friend.

This was great and is your tongue sore from all the biting?

I just read a book and your 13 reminded me of it, I think you would enjoy

Queen of Babble in the Big city by Meg Cabot- The character in the book reminds me of you! Fun and very witty!

'Was it good for you?' is a question that should never be asked. If you have to ask it, the answer is probably no. If it's yes, you don't really need to ask. Problem solved!

Oh, I knew it would be dripping with naughty! My problem isn't with the V, but with a lot of the bishops.

Oh, you warned us this would be a good one and it is! You're on a roll. Last week's non-list, and now this one. I look forward to your TTs! (For what it's worth, I've started saying #9 out loud, at least to friends.) And thanks for visiting my TT.

What a great list. I have to admit, I've thought a lot of these things too and nearly bitten my tongue off to keep from saying them.

I laughed and laughed at 13.

Number 6 is so typical of that victim mentality, isn't it. How much would their life improve with a heavy dose of positive thinking! Incidentally, tact is a wonderful thing, is it not?

That was a great list!!

Thank you for visiting my TT

I can't believe someone who wasn't close to you in that way or asking as a physician would ask you #13. That's just crazy.

I don't often refrain from answering, but I'm always diplomatic when I do. Even when saying something someone else really doesn't want to hear. It makes it easier to get through those questions I just can't answer because there is no diplomatic response.

Thanks for the smile :)

As I read this sequence, I thought of the local clergy and the local politicians who have destroyed countless lives in our community. The reading was cathartic. Thank you. God bless.
